What this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how Ralliq ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our service. It applies to ralliq.com and any related apps or products we operate.

Information we collect
Information you give us
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and any other information you provide directly — such as workspace settings, connected social accounts, and contacts you add.
Information from social platforms
When you connect a social account (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, or LinkedIn), we receive data from those platforms according to the permissions you grant. This may include public posts, mentions, tags, direct messages, follower counts, and profile information for accounts that have engaged with your brand.
Usage data
We collect information about how you use Ralliq — pages visited, features used, and actions taken. This helps us understand how the product is working and where to improve it.
Device and log data
We automatically collect certain technical information when you access our service, including IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URLs.
How we use your information

- ✓Classify contacts into cohorts and surface insights
- ✓Send product updates, support replies, and essential account communications
- ✓Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models.
Third-party services
Ralliq integrates with external platforms to provide its core functionality. When you connect these services, their own privacy policies also apply.
Social platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn. Data received from these platforms is used solely to operate the features you've enabled.
Klaviyo: If you use the Klaviyo integration, contact and cohort data you choose to sync is sent to Klaviyo under your account. Ralliq does not control how Klaviyo uses that data.
AWS: Our infrastructure runs on Amazon Web Services. Data is stored in the us-east-1 region.
Analytics: We may use privacy-respecting analytics tools to understand product usage in aggregate.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your personal information within 90 days, except where we're required to keep it for legal or regulatory reasons.
Engagement signal data sourced from social platforms is retained only as long as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights over your personal data:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you - Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate information - Deletion — request that we delete your data - Portability — receive your data in a portable format - Objection — object to certain ways we use your data

Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Data in transit is encrypted using TLS. Data at rest is encrypted in AWS. Access to customer data is limited to employees who need it to operate and support the service.
No system is perfectly secure. If you discover a security issue, please report it to security@ralliq.com.
Children
Ralliq is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of the page. For significant changes, we'll notify you by email or through the product.
Continued use of Ralliq after a policy update means you accept the revised terms.
